- Conduct telephonic and video consultations with patients .
- Diagnose patients based on Ayurvedic principles (Prakriti, Dosha imbalance, etc.).
- Prescribe Ayurvedic medicines and recommend diet & lifestyle modifications.
- Explain treatment plans clearly to ensure patient understanding and adherence .
- Maintain detailed patient records, case history, and prescriptions in the system.
- Ensure regular follow-ups to track patient progress and recovery.
- Escalate crifical or complex cases to senior doctors when required .
- Adhere to clinical protocols and consultation guidelines of the organization.
- Build patient trust and deliver high patient satisfaction.
- Coordinate with pharmacy and operations team for seamless service delivery.

- Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) Fresher can apply
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of clinical practices and patient handling
Comfortable with tele/video consultation platforms
- Willingness to learn and work under senior supervision
