About the Role

We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Motion Graphics Designer with a strong understanding of AI-powered design tools and marketing automation. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating engaging visual content for digital platforms while leveraging AI to enhance productivity, creativity, and workflow efficiency. This role requires someone who can blend storytelling, animation, automation, and emerging AI technologies to create high-impact marketing assets.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and produce high-quality motion graphics, animations, explainer videos, reels, advertisements, and promotional content for digital platforms.
- Utilize AI-powered creative tools (such as Runway, Kling, Veo, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, etc.) to accelerate content production and ideation.
- Develop animated creatives for paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Create engaging social media videos, product demos, educational content, and brand storytelling assets.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and design teams to conceptualize campaigns and visual narratives.
- Edit and enhance video content using skilled editing software and AI-assisted workflows.
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, automation platforms,



and motion design trends to improve creative efficiency.
- Build reusable animation templates and automated workflows for repetitive creative tasks.
- Ensure all creative assets align with the organization's branding guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Optimize videos for different platforms, screen sizes, and audience engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Animation, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in motion graphics, animation, or video production.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Media Encoder.
- Hands-on experience with AI creative tools and generative AI platforms.
- Understanding of video optimization for social media and paid advertising.
- Knowledge of automation tools such as Zapier, Make.com, or similar platforms is an added advantage.
- Strong storytelling, typography, color theory, and visual communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with 3D animation (Blender/Cinema 4D).
- Basic understanding of UI animations and Lottie files.
- Familiarity with healthcare, wellness, or service-based industries.
- Experience creating AI avatars, AI voiceovers, and automated video pipelines.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
