As a Animator and Motion Graphics Designer, you will

:

 Create on brand, impactful client videos that captivate audience s. Deliver high-quality motion graphics, animations, and effects in Adobe Aft erEffects. Proficiency in rotoscoping, tracking, masking, and overlays isnecessar y. Efficiently execute motion graphics design requests based on each client

’srequirements, ensuring tasks stay within scope and on schedu le Edit footage and provided assets into short videos (1-4 minutes on averag e)that clients can use for their sales, marketing, human resources, a ndcorporate communication s. Work with Team Leads to realize the full potential of each video projec t. Be available to work full-time during your shift, responding promptly tocommunications from team member s. Select and edit music/audio to complement video visual s. Create custom animated text and titles based on video briefin g. Meet strict deadlines and demands of the client media cycle while al soreacting and adapting to shifting workload s. Work with leaders to develop and champion promotion alcontent for events, products, and client s.

Requiremen ts

 Motion Graphics: Members of our team must have a strong handl e oncreating bespoke motion graphics/animations using Adobe After Effe cts.Proficiency in rotoscoping, tracking,



masking, and over lays is necess ary. Editing: Storyboard animators/motion graphic designers also need t o beskilled in other relevant media editing programs like Adobe Premi ere,

andPhotos hop. Creativity: Candidates must demonstrate a strong level of creativity andpassion, ability to use creative problem solving, excited to tackle newchallen ges. Communication: Storyboard team members must be able to work effecti velyas part of a team, ability to both follow instructions and delegate tasks w hererequi red. Time management: Our video process moves rapid! While demonstrating allthe above qualities, candidates must also be able to work at a consistent h igh-speed pace while utilizing strong time management and organization ski lls.

Must be a self-starter, able to work independe ntly. Social Media: Must have familiarity with social media platforms, incl udingLinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and Face book.

 Professional attitude: All candidates should have a friendly, pos itive,solution-oriented attitude; we’re looking for team players who can gi ve andreceive constructive feedback and su pport. Hardware: You must have a fully functional computer or lapto p withcapabilities sufficient to handle Adobe CC, 4K video and animated pr ojectseffectively. Additionally, a webcam is essential for participating in me etingsand training sessions, facilitating effective communication and collabo rationwith the team.
