We are looking for an experienced MongoDB Expert with 5+ years of software development experience and deep expertise in MongoDB application development and architecture & AWS. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing scalable, secure, and high-performance MongoDB solutions for enterprise applications.

The candidate will be responsible for designing MongoDB architectures, defining data models, implementing best practices, optimizing database performance, and providing technical leadership to development teams. Experience with cloud platforms, microservices, and contemporary application frameworks is highly preferred.

- Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available MongoDB architectures.
- Define enterprise-level data models for document-oriented databases.
- Design and implement sharding, replication,



indexing, and partitioning strategies.
- Establish MongoDB architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices.
- Conduct architecture reviews and provide technical leadership.
- Build high-performance and fault-tolerant MongoDB-based applications.
- Optimize database performance for enterprise-scale applications.
- Develop reusable data access frameworks and database utilities.
- Ensure database security, backup, disaster recovery, and high availability.
- Mentor development teams on MongoDB design principles and best practices.
