Title: Model Performance Tester

Location: Pune

Exp: 7-12 Years Key Responsibilities

- Design and execute performance testing strategies for AI/ML models and applications.
- Evaluate model performance, response time, throughput, latency, and scalability.
- Develop and execute performance test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Analyze performance bottlenecks and recommend optimization strategies.
- Monitor system performance under varying workloads and stress conditions.
- Collaborate with data scientists, developers, and DevOps teams to improve model efficiency.
- Validate model behavior in production-like environments.
- Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Support CI/CD integration for automated performance testing.
- Ensure adherence to performance, reliability, and quality standards.

Required Skills

- 7-12 years of experience in Performance Testing.
- Robust understanding of AI/ML model performance evaluation.
- Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner,



Gatling, or similar.
- Knowledge of API and microservices performance testing.
- Experience in performance monitoring and bottleneck analysis.
- Strong SQL and scripting skills (Python/Shell preferred).
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience testing Generative AI or Large Language Model (LLM) applications.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or Dynatrace.
- Exposure to MLOps workflows.
