We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive – Ad Operations to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will have solid analytical capabilities, expertise in reporting and dashboard creation, and hands-on experience with Excel, Power BI, Looker Studio, and AI productivity tools to support business operations and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports with high accuracy.

- Develop, maintain, and automate operational dashboards and business reports.

- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and reporting quality checks.

- Track Google Ads budgets, account allocations, and available credits.

- Support Meta Ads operational reporting and campaign performance analysis.

- Build interactive dashboards using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Looker Studio.

- Analyze business performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

- Create and maintain SOPs, reporting templates, and process documentation.

- Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini,



and Claude to improve reporting efficiency and automation.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

- Identify reporting gaps and recommend process improvements for operational excellence.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in MIS, Business Analysis, Reporting, or Ad Operations.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

- Strong knowledge of:

- Excel Shortcuts

- VLOOKUP

- XLOOKUP

- Pivot Tables

- Conditional Formatting

- Dashboard Creation

- Hands-on experience with Power BI.

- Hands-on experience with Looker Studio.

- Experience preparing and maintaining MIS reports and business dashboards.

- Practical exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, and Claude.

- Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and reporting accuracy.

- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

- Ownership mindset with a proactive approach.

- Good documentation and process management skills.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
