About the Role

Hero Vired is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to join our Post Sales Operations team. This role is responsible for managing operational reporting, analyzing business data, tracking the student lifecycle, and developing insightful dashboards that enable data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate should possess solid analytical skills, advanced Excel expertise, and experience in preparing operational reports and dashboards.





Experience in the EdTech industry and exposure to Power BI will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and publish accurate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for leadership and operations teams.
- Track the complete student journey post-admission, ensuring timely monitoring of student progress and engagement.
- Monitor and report pending documentation, application status, and operational bottlenecks.
- Develop, maintain, and automate University Dashboards and Team Performance Dashboards.
- Generate productivity reports for operations teams and monitor SLA adherence.
- Analyze student retention, re-registration, and ageing reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across operational databases.
- Support management with actionable business insights through reports and dashboards.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements using data analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Admissions, Student Success, Academic Operations, and Business teams.
- Assist in automation of recurring reports using Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and Power BI.
- Maintain documentation of MIS processes and reporting standards.

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Nested Formulas, Data Validation)
- Google Sheets
- Dashboard Creation & Reporting
- Data Analysis & Data Visualization
- Power BI (Preferred)
- Basic SQL knowledge (Good to Have)

Experience Required

- 24 years of experience in MIS, Business Reporting, Operations Analytics, or Management Information Systems
- Experience in Post Sales Operations, Student Operations, Customer Success, Admissions Operations, or Business Operations preferred.
- Prior experience in the EdTech industry will be highly preferred.
