About the Role

MyDaddy Microtech Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced MIS Executive who can efficiently manage company data, prepare MIS reports, create advanced dashboards, and support management with accurate business insights. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent command of Advanced Excel, and hands-on experience with modern AI tools and business software.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS Reports for management.
- Develop and maintain Advanced Excel Dashboards for business performance tracking.
- Analyze sales, finance, HR, project, and operational data to generate meaningful reports.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of reports.
- Create Pivot Tables, Charts, Power Query, Power Pivot, and automate reports using Advanced Excel.
- Generate management reports with actionable insights for decision-making.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect and verify business data.
- Maintain company databases and ensure proper documentation.
- Identify reporting errors and resolve data discrepancies.
- Prepare presentations and analytical reports for management meetings.
- Support business process improvements through data analysis and automation.
- Maintain confidentiality of company data and reports.

- Excellent knowledge of Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Strong expertise in:
- Pivot Tables
- Pivot Charts
- XLOOKUP / VLOOKUP
- INDEX-MATCH
- IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS
- Conditional Formatting
- Data Validation
- Power Query
- Power Pivot
- Dashboard Creation
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Hands-on experience with Google Gemini (AI Tools) for improving productivity and report preparation.
- Knowledge of Load/LOD reporting concepts and business reporting tools will be preferred.
- Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple reports within deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Computer Applications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience as an MIS Executive or in a similar reporting role.
- Experience in Engineering, Infrastructure, Construction, Manufacturing, or Service Industry will be an added advantage.
