Job Title MIS EXECUTIVE (Hindi must)

The MIS Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining recruitment data, preparing daily and weekly MIS reports, updating databases and trackers, and supporting internal teams with accurate and timely information. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle daily office administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, scanning, and photocopying.
- Update and maintain recruitment databases, Excel trackers, and MIS sheets with accurate and timely information.
- Prepare and share daily and weekly MIS reports with the recruitment team and management.
- Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and suitability for specific job roles.
- Collect, verify, and maintain complete candidate documentation, including CVs and supporting documents.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers/clients.
- Communicate interview details, job requirements, and updates to candidates through email, phone,



and messaging platforms as per requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interview status, feedback, and selection updates in the recruitment database.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and address their queries professionally.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Support candidate sourcing and lead generation through database search, referrals, and effective communication.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree is preferred.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
- Valuable interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as a team player.
