Role & responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

- Collect, verify, and analyse sales and business data from different regions or teams.

- Maintain reports related to sales performance, targets and Finish Product inventory's.

- Maintain accurate records in Excel or SAP systems.

- Create dashboards, charts and presentations for management review.

- Coordinate with Operation, sales and finance team for support international business growth.

- Prepare operational reports and MIS against each received orders.

- Maintain Rolling Production plan, dispatch details and sales data.

- Support management by providing timely reports for decision-making.

- Automate recurring reports using advanced Excel tools such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP & Power BI (where applicable).

- Maintain databases and back up important business data.

Preferred candidate profile

- SAP Basics & Working

- Microsoft Office ( Excel, world & Power point)

- Solid Communication skills

- Coordination with cross functional department

- Analytical skills
