Job Summary The MIS Executive is responsible for collecting, maintaining, analyzing, and presenting business data to support operational and management decision-making. The role involves preparing reports, managing databases, ensuring data accuracy, and automating reporting processes using Microsoft Excel and other MIS tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

- Collect, verify, and analyze data from multiple departments.

- Maintain accurate databases and ensure data integrity.

- Develop dashboards and reports using Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.

- Generate management reports for performance tracking and business analysis.

- Identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities through data analysis.

- Coordinate with various departments to gather and validate information.

- Automate repetitive reports using Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, or macros where applicable.





- Maintain documentation and ensure timely report submission.

- Support management with ad hoc reports and data requests.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF functions, Charts, Conditional Formatting).

- Basic knowledge of SQL and database management.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is an added advantage.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
