Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Analyst to support the Talent Acquisition team through reporting, dashboarding, data analysis, and recruitment metrics management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating actionable insights from recruitment data, creating and maintaining dashboards, tracking key hiring KPIs, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the hiring function.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Analytics

- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly recruitment MIS reports.
- Track and analyze hiring metrics such as:

- Time to Hire

- Time to Fill

- Source Effectiveness
- Offer-to-Join Ratio
- Interview-to-Selection Ratio

- Recruiter Productivity

- Cost per Hire
- Monitor hiring funnel performance and identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Provide ad-hoc reports and analysis to stakeholders and leadership.

Preferred candidate profile

Dashboard Management

- Develop, automate, and maintain recruitment dashboards using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.




- Create real-time dashboards to track hiring progress against targets.
- Ensure dashboard accuracy, consistency, and timely updates.

Data Management

- Maintain recruitment databases and ensure data integrity across ATS and HR systems.
- Validate and cleanse recruitment data regularly.
- Consolidate hiring data from multiple sources for reporting purposes.

Stakeholder Support

- Partner with recruiters, TA leaders, HR Business Partners, and business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
- Present hiring insights and workforce trends to management.
- Support leadership reviews by preparing hiring performance presentations and reports.

Process Improvement & Automation

- Identify opportunities to automate manual reports and dashboards.
- Streamline recruitment reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Support implementation of new reporting tools and analytics initiatives.
