Key Responsibilities
Analyze portfolio and branch performance data.
Develop dashboards and automated MIS using Excel, SQL, and Power BI. Identify trends, business risks, and growth opportunities through data analysis.
Perform root cause analysis and recommend actionable solutions to improve business performance.
Present meaningful insights to leadership for timely and effective decision-making.
Preferred candidate profile
- 4-5 years of experience in MIS/Business Analytics within the Microfinance, NBFC, or Banking industry.
- Solid proficiency in Advanced Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to transform data into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations not just reports.
