About the Role:
We are looking for an MIS Analyst to join our team in Nahur, Mumbai. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, building reports, and helping the business make sense of numbers. Prior experience in the collections/lending industry is a must for this position.
What You'll Do:
- Manage day-to-day MIS reporting and data requirements
- Handle large volumes of data and turn them into clear, actionable reports
- Build and maintain dashboards to track key business metrics
- Work closely with the collections team to support reporting needs
- Identify trends and patterns in data that help improve decision-making
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all reports shared with stakeholders
What We're Looking For:
- 5-8 years of experience in MIS reporting and data management
- Advanced Excel skills are a must (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, etc.)
- Working knowledge of Power BI and SQL is required
- Prior experience in the collections/lending/NBFC industry is mandatory
- Solid analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple reporting timelines
Qualification: Graduate (any stream) Notice Period: Immediate Joining OR Candidates who can join within 30 days will be preferred
