Job Overview:

We are seeking for a Mid level Recruiter to be a key pillar of our growing US staffing startup. In this role, you will independently manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requirement analysis and strategic sourcing to candidate delivery, client coordination, and offer negotiation. You will work with clients, BDM and recruiting team to help shape our recruiting processes and drive placement targets.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

- Own the full-cycle recruitment process: intake, sourcing, screening, submission, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Analyse client job requirements in depth and develop targeted sourcing strategies to identify the best-fit candidates quickly.
- Source top talent using advanced Boolean search techniques across LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, indeed, and niche job boards.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments including technical screening, behavioral interviews, and work authorization verification.
- Candidate should have 3-5+ years of experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment
- Negotiate compensation, pay rates (W2/C2C/1099), and start dates with candidates while maintaining client budget alignment.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates, consultants, and client stakeholders.




- Collaborate closely with BDM, recruitment and admin to drive recruitment process and deliver against SLAs
- Attend daily status meetings and report to the management.
- Guide junior recruiters, sharing sourcing strategies, market intelligence, and best practices and improving team performance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS (Ceipal) including submissions, interview feedback, reporting and placement data.
- Excellent English communication, both written and verbal skills, experience with Telephonic and e-communication skills, Computer skills with proficiency in using MS word and excel.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, hiring guidelines, and documentation standards.

Qualifications:

- 4+ years of recruiting experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
- Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
