Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant / Developer to design, develop, customize, implement, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions aligned with business and operational requirements. The candidate will be responsible for CRM customization, integrations, workflow automation, security configuration, reporting, and ongoing platform optimization while ensuring adherence to enterprise architecture and information security standards.

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and enterprise integrations, along with the ability to interact with stakeholders and translate business requirements into scalable CRM solutions.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, workflows, and security roles.
- Develop plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript, and integrations using .NET/C#.
- Implement automation using Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM with third-party systems, APIs, ERP platforms, and enterprise applications.
- Develop and maintain SSRS reports, Power BI dashboards, and CRM analytics.
- Perform CRM data migration, cleansing, validation, and synchronization activities.
- Troubleshoot system issues, optimize CRM performance, and resolve technical incidents.
- Participate in solution architecture discussions and recommend best practices.
- Conduct unit testing, UAT support, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Ensure compliance with organizational IT governance, security, and change management processes.
- Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, design documents, and knowledge transfer materials.
- Support upgrades, patches, and enhancements of Dynamics CRM environments.
- Collaborate with business users, project managers, and technical teams to deliver CRM projects successfully.





Technical Skills & Competencies

Mandatory Skills

- Robust experience in:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Dynamics CRM
- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- C#, .NET Framework
- JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- REST APIs and Web Services
- SQL Server and database concepts
- Experience in CRM customization and configuration.
- Knowledge of CRM security model, business process flows, and workflows.
- Experience in system integrations and middleware platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Azure services and cloud integrations.
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with:

- Power BI

- Azure Logic Apps

- SharePoint Integration

- Microsoft Dataverse

- SSRS Reporting

- Azure Functions
- Understanding of enterprise security and compliance requirements.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum project methodologies.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3–8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 implementation and support.
- Proven experience in enterprise CRM implementation projects.
- Experience working in large-scale business environments is preferred.

- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate
- Microsoft Azure Certifications (preferred)
