Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead the development team in designing, developing, testing, deploying and maintaining complex software applications using .NET Core and React.JS.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions that meet customer needs.

- Ensure high-quality code by reviewing and mentoring junior developers, promoting best practices, and implementing automated testing frameworks.

- Participate in architecture discussions to design scalable, secure, and productive systems.

Job Requirements :

- 10-13 years of experience in .NET development with expertise in .NET Core.

- Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure platform including containerization (e.g., Docker), Kubernetes orchestration.

- Experience with front-end technologies such as React.JS for building user interfaces.
