We are hiring a QC Microbiologist to handle routine microbiological testing and environmental monitoring at our manufacturing facility The role ensures products water and the plant environment meet GMP and pharmacopoeial standards Key Responsibilities Micro Testing Perform TAMC TYMC pathogen testing and microbial limits as per IP USP BP Environmental Monitoring Settle contact plates swabs LAF area monitoring compressed air gas checks and trend reporting Water System Monitoring Routine microbiology of PW RO soft water maintain logs and alert limits Media GPT Prepare culture media do Growth Promotion Tests maintain stock and sterility of media plates Instrument Handling Operate and maintain autoclave incubators LAF BSC colony counter pH meter calibration coordination Documentation GMP Record results with ALCOA principles prepare COAs SOPs and ensure audit readiness Investigations Support OOS OOT deviations CAPA and change control If applicable AET PET and LAL endotoxin testing support Requirements Education M Sc Microbiology Biotechnology B Sc with strong experience can be considered Experience 2-5 years in pharmaceutical QC Microbiology Knowledge IP USP BP methods GMP GLP EM programs water microbiology data integrity Skills Good aseptic technique accurate documentation basic Excel LIMS clear communication teamwork Benefits Market-competitive salary performance bonus Health accidental insurance self family Training on GMP data integrity and advanced micro methods Subsidised meals company transport Professional supportive work culture
