– MHE Associate (Contractual)

Location: RBL K-Square, Padgha

Employment Type: Contractual (Through Vendor)

Position: MHE Associate (Picking & Loading)

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform order picking as per pick list and system requirements.
- Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
- Move goods within the warehouse using Manual Handling Equipment (MHE) such as pallet trolleys and hand pallet trucks (as applicable).
- Ensure accurate handling and scanning of products.
- Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the work area (5S).
- Report damaged products, shortages, or operational issues to the supervisor.
- Achieve daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Support inventory activities and stock movement when required.

Eligibility:

- Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass.




- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Physically fit to perform warehouse activities.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts and overtime if required.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
- Ability to lift and handle materials safely.
- Teamwork and discipline.
- Positive communication and positive attitude.

Job Location: RBL K-Square Warehouse, Padgha

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
