Key Responsibilities

Deliver advanced training on the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

Train students through hands-on projects, live coding, and industry use cases.

Mentor students in DSA, JavaScript, React, Backend APIs, Authentication, and Database Design.

Conduct assessments, mock interviews, and placement preparation sessions.

Design and update course content aligned with current industry trends.

Guide students in building deployment-ready full-stack applications.

Required Skills

MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)

Redux Toolkit, React Router

REST APIs, JWT Authentication

Git & GitHub

SQL/MySQL (Basic)

Deployment (AWS, Vercel, Render, Netlify)

Excellent communication and mentoring skills

Preferred: Prior experience as a Technical Trainer and candidates from Bhopal or willing to relocate.
