Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day communication with buyers and factories.

- Coordinate and follow up on styles from development to shipment.

- Monitor production timelines and ensure timely execution.

- Prepare and maintain TNA (Time & Action) calendars for effective order tracking.

- Work extensively on WFX software for merchandising and order management.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sourcing, production, quality, and compliance, to ensure on-time delivery.

- Resolve production and development issues while maintaining buyer expectations.

- Ensure timely approvals, sample coordination, and shipment execution.

Requirements

- 7+ years of merchandising experience in Circular Knitwear garments, including T-shirts, Polos,



Sweatshirts, Hoodies, Joggers, Activewear, Loungewear, and other Circular Knit categories.

- Current or prior experience in a Buying House or Export House is mandatory.

- Hands-on experience with WFX software is mandatory.

- Strong experience in handling international buyers and end-to-end order execution.

- Graduate in any discipline.

- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously with a robust sense of ownership and execution.
