As a Merchandiser, you will visit assigned stores daily as per the PJP, ensure products are displayed correctly, check stock levels, track promotions, and maintain POSM compliance. You will also record all required data in the merchandising app and ensure proper execution of merchandising standards.
Job Details
- Achieve 98% monthly store coverage as per the journey plan (PJP).
- Check warehouse stock, FIFO rotation, hygiene, and signage alignment.
- Ensure planogram compliance and availability of focus SKUs.
- Track POSM placement, product promotions, and competitor activity.
- Record stock, promotions, POSM, share-of-shelf, and competitor data in the app.
- Maintain uniform and grooming standards daily.
- Complete grooming and product knowledge training with minimum 95% score.
