About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser with a strong background in the Home Furnishing Textiles industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling the complete merchandising cycle, coordinating with buyers and vendors, managing production timelines, and ensuring timely order execution while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end merchandising activities for home furnishing textile products.
- Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth order execution.
- Follow up on product development, sampling, approvals, and production schedules.
- Source fabrics, trims, and other raw materials as per buyer requirements.
- Monitor production progress and ensure on-time deliveries.
- Maintain product quality and compliance with customer specifications.
- Negotiate with vendors on pricing, lead times, and order fulfillment.
- Prepare and maintain merchandising reports, order status, and documentation.




- Resolve production or shipment-related issues in coordination with stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 4–5+ years of merchandising experience in the Home Furnishing Textiles industry.
- Strong knowledge of home furnishing products such as curtains, cushions, bed linen, upholstery, rugs, or related textile products.
- Experience in buyer handling, vendor management, and production coordination.
- Positive understanding of textile manufacturing processes and quality standards.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and merchandising documentation.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience working with home furnishing exporters, manufacturers, or buying houses.
- Ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Immediate or short-notice joiners will be preferred.
