Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and result-oriented Merchandiser with knowledge of the garment/textile industry. The candidate will coordinate with buyers, suppliers, production, quality, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery, quality, and cost-effective execution of orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with buyers regarding requirements, approvals, and order updates.
- Handle sampling, fabrics, trims, accessories, and product development.
- Prepare and maintain Tech Packs, Cost Sheets, Order Sheets & T&A; Sheets.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, quality, finishing, and dispatch teams.
- Follow up on materials, production progress, and shipment schedules.
- Ensure orders meet approved samples, specifications, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Prepare costing and assist with pricing.
- Identify and resolve production, quality, and delivery issues.
- Maintain order records and prepare regular status reports.




- Maintain strong relationships with buyers, suppliers, and vendors.

Required Skills
- Graduate in Fashion, Textile, Apparel, Business Management, or related field preferred.
- Experience in garment/textile merchandising preferred.
- Good knowledge of garment production processes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- On-time order completion and shipment.
- Timely sample approval and production.
- Accurate costing and documentation.
- Effective buyer/supplier coordination.
- Quality compliance and customer satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate: Proactive, disciplined, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of taking ownership and working under pressure. Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
