Role & responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end execution of MEP works with primary focus on Plumbing and Electrical systems.

- Plan, monitor, and coordinate MEP activities to ensure timely project completion.

- Review MEP drawings, BOQs, shop drawings, and technical specifications.

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and internal project teams.

- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.

- Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of all MEP services.

- Monitor subcontractors, vendor performance, and material procurement.

- Identify and resolve site coordination issues between Civil, Interior, and MEP disciplines.

- Prepare project progress reports, material reconciliations, and billing support.

- Ensure execution is completed within the approved budget and project schedule.

Preferred candidate profile

- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.

- 815 years of experience in MEP execution for commercial interiors, corporate offices, or building projects.





- Strong expertise in Plumbing and Electrical systems is mandatory.

- Good understanding of Fire Fighting, HVAC, ELV, and Building Services coordination.

- Ability to interpret MEP drawings, BOQs, and construction documents.

- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office. Knowledge of MS Project is an advantage.

- Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Experience in handling multiple projects and coordinating with consultants and clients.

- Willing to travel to project sites as required.
