The firm focuses on guiding the development of real estate projects from concept to completion. VPAN Civil Consultants works closely with clients to optimize project planning, design, and execution. Role Description This is a full-time MEP Engineer role in a hybrid work arrangement based in Ahmedabad, with some flexibility for work from home. The MEP Engineer will design, review, and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for real estate and building projects. Daily responsibilities include preparing and checking technical drawings, specifications, and calculations; ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards; and collaborating with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to resolve design and site coordination issues.

The role also involves attending project meetings, supporting site inspections, addressing technical queries,



and contributing to value engineering to improve system performance and cost efficiency.

Qualifications - Candidates should possess solid Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) and MEP Coordination skills, with experience in integrated building services design.

- Candidates should possess solid Electrical Engineering skills related to power distribution, lighting, and low-voltage systems in building projects.
- Candidates should possess Plumbing and Building Services skills, including water supply, drainage, and HVAC-related coordination.
- Relevant bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or equivalent technical discipline).
- Experience in building or real estate projects, preferably with consultancy or project management firms.
- Familiarity with applicable building codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in CAD or BIM tools for MEP design and coordination is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.
