Role Description The MEP Engineer will oversee the design, coordination, and implementation of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems across residential, commercial, and institutional projects. This full time, on-site role in Jaipur includes reviewing drawings, preparing calculations, and ensuring building services comply with safety codes, standards, and project specifications.

The role involves coordinating with architects, structural engineers, site teams, and contractors to resolve technical issues and maintain alignment between disciplines. The MEP Engineer will conduct site inspections, monitor installation quality, support testing and commissioning,



and help optimize system performance and energy efficiency. Additional responsibilities include preparing technical documentation, assisting in cost estimation for MEP works, and supporting project timelines and quality targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) engineering, including MEP Coordination for multidisciplinary projects.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Plumbing systems design, installation, and maintenance within building services.
- Candidates should possess competencies in Electrical Engineering, including power distribution, lighting, and safety systems for building services.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Building Services engineering, focusing on reliable, efficient, and compliant MEP solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or a related field).
- Experience in MEP design and site execution within the construction industry, preferably on multi-story or mixed-use projects.
- Familiarity with relevant codes and standards, and proficiency in MEP design software and CAD tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with effective communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
