Key Responsibilities:

- Develop patterns for men's shirts, trousers, blazers, jackets, suits, kurtas, and other garments.

- Create first patterns based on design sketches and measurements.

- Perform pattern grading for different sizes.

- Conduct garment fittings and make necessary pattern corrections.

- Prepare markers to optimize fabric consumption.

- Work closely with designers, sampling, and production teams.

- Ensure patterns meet quality standards and production requirements.

- Maintain pattern records and technical documentation.

- Resolve fitting and production-related issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 3–4+ years of experience as a Pattern Master in men's wear.

- Strong knowledge of garment construction, fitting, grading, and fabric.

- Proficiency in manual pattern making

- Positive understanding of production processes and quality standards.

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in ethnic wear, formal wear, casual wear, or tailored men's garments.

- Ability to manage multiple styles and meet production deadlines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
