We are looking for an experienced MEE (Multiple Effect Evaporator) Operator to operate and maintain the MEE system efficiently. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring evaporation processes, maintaining equipment performance, and ensuring smooth plant operations while following safety and environmental standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor the Multiple Effect Evaporator (MEE) system for proper evaporation and concentration processes.
- Ensure smooth functioning of pumps, valves, condensers, and other MEE equipment.
- Monitor parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow, and steam consumption.
- Maintain proper records of plant operations and daily logs.
- Perform routine inspection and basic maintenance of MEE equipment.
- Identify and troubleshoot operational issues to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with maintenance and process teams for efficient plant operation.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Chemical / Instrumentation or related field.
- Experience: 1-4 years experience in MEE operation.
- Experience in ETP / STP / Water Treatment plants will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of pumps, pipelines, valves, and evaporation process.
