Job Summary: The Medical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the medical store, ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations, maintaining inventory, supervising staff, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily medical store operations. Ensure medicines are stored and dispensed according to legal and safety guidelines. Monitor inventory, stock levels, expiry dates, and place orders when required.
Coordinate with suppliers and maintain purchase records. Guide and supervise pharmacists, sales staff, and support staff. Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and documentation. Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the store. Ensure compliance with all applicable pharmacy and healthcare regulations. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
