Job Summary:

Decaiman is looking for a result-driven Medical Representative who can actively promote pharmaceutical products, build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and achieve aggressive sales & recovery targets within assigned territories.

This role is ideal for candidates who are highly motivated, disciplined, and capable of delivering measurable sales performance in a competitive pharma market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote company products to doctors, chemists, stockists, and hospitals
- Achieve monthly secondary sales and recovery targets consistently
- Make minimum 20 productive field calls daily
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals
- Conduct product detailing, presentations, and demonstrations
- Ensure timely order generation, supply coordination, and payment collection
- Track market trends, competitors, and customer feedback
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports with accurate field data
- Ensure compliance with ethical promotion practices and industry regulations




- Manage territory efficiently to maximize coverage and productivity

Candidate Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree (Science/Pharma preferred)
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven field workplace
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical sales is preferred
- Freshers with high energy and learning attitude can apply
