Job Title: Field Sales Officer (Medical Representative)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Officer (FSO) to promote our pharmaceutical products and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, increasing product awareness, and driving business growth in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote company products to doctors, chemists, and healthcare professionals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Conduct regular field visits and product presentations
- Ensure availability of products in the assigned territory
- Gather market intelligence and competitor insights
- Execute company strategies and marketing campaigns effectively
- Maintain daily call reports and sales records

Eligibility Criteria:

- B.Sc / B.Pharm (Mandatory)
- Age: Up to 26 years

Experience Required:





- Fresher or 6 months pharmacy or pharma sales experienced

Skills Required:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and selling abilities
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Positive knowledge of the pharma market
- Ability to work independently and in a team

Compensation & Benefits:

- Salary: Up to ₹4.0 LPA
- Incentives: Up to ₹50,000 per month
- Attractive yearly increments: Up to ₹105,000 per year
