Key Responsibilities:

- Promote Client Pharma Testing, Contract Testing, and Genomics Sequencing services to healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and institutions.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, diagnostic centers, and healthcare partners.

- Identify current business opportunities and generate qualified leads.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Conduct product presentations and promotional activities.

- Follow up on leads and convert business opportunities.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

- Collect market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor insights.

- Maintain daily activity reports and update CRM/sales records.

- Travel within the assigned territory for client meetings and business development.

Skills Required:

- 25 years of experience in Pharma Sales, Diagnostic Sales, Laboratory Services (Lab Services), or as a Medical Representative.





- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

- Good understanding of the pharmaceutical, diagnostic laboratory, and healthcare industries.

- Experience in promoting laboratory testing services, diagnostic solutions, pathology services, or healthcare products will be an added advantage.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage assigned territories effectively.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
