- Medical coding*

- Experience -1+years of experience in coding /Package: upto 5.86 lpa

- Day Shift (2 way cab provided)

- Work from Office

- Should be willing to work in evening and night shift

- Qualification : Any Graduates / Under Graduates

- Candidate with minimum 2 +years’ experience in Denial coding in multi-specialties./ Package : upto 7.36 lpa

- Package : upto 7.3 lpa

Requirements

- (Specialty except HCC is not considered)

- Certified coders like CPC/CPC-A/COC/ CCS/CCS-P/ CCA( Mandatory)

- Specialization of E&M; OP/IP/Surgery/Denials

Roles & Responsibilities

- Perform accurate medical coding for E&M; (OP/IP), Surgery, and Denial management cases according to client guidelines.

- Review patient charts, clinical documentation, operative notes, and discharge summaries.





- Review denied claims to identify the root cause of the denial.

- Analyze medical records and clinical documentation to verify coding accuracy.

- Review patient charts, clinical documentation, operative notes, discharge summaries, and medical records to assign appropriate CPT/ICD codes.

- Ensure coding compliance with industry standards (AAPC, CMS, ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS).

- Meet productivity, quality, and turnaround time (TAT) goals while maintaining coding accuracy

- Stay updated with coding guideline changes, payer policies, and denial management best practices
