Inland Hospital is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Medical Billing Assistant to support the hospital's billing and revenue cycle operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate patient billing, insurance claim processing, and timely coordination with patients, insurance providers, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, verify, and process patient bills for OPD, IPD, emergency, and diagnostic services.
- Generate accurate invoices and ensure timely billing.
- Process cashless and insurance claims, including government health schemes such as AB-PMJAY and corporate TPAs.
- Verify patient demographics, insurance details, and billing information.
- Coordinate with clinical departments to obtain complete documentation required for billing.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to patient and insurance-related queries.
- Maintain accurate billing records and ensure confidentiality of patient information.
- Prepare daily billing reports and support revenue reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with hospital billing policies, insurance guidelines, and applicable regulations.
- Assist in improving billing accuracy and minimizing claim rejections.
Pay: ₹10,581.92 - ₹39,405.32 per month
