Site Execution: Supervise complete mechanical installation at site - structure, hydraulic units, platforms, chains, gearboxes Team Management: Manage and guide technicians, fitters, welders, riggers. Assign daily targets and check quality of work.
Drawing Reading: Read and interpret GA drawings, fabrication drawings, layout drawings. Ensure work is done as per drawing Material & Coordination: Coordinate with store, vendors and transport team for material delivery.
Check material at site Client Interaction: Coordinate with client, PMC, and main contractor for work progress, approvals, and handover Quality & Safety: Ensure all work follows safety norms, PPE usage, and company SOPs.
Maintain site safety Progress Reporting: Submit daily progress report, manpower report, and issues to Project Manager Commissioning Support: Support electrical team during testing and commissioning. Handle snags and rework
