We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to manage maintenance, reliability, and asset integrity activities at the R&D; facility. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in preventive and predictive maintenance, SAP PM, static and rotary equipment, gas piping systems, fabrication, fire suppression systems, and contractor management in a chemical, petrochemical, refinery, or process industry. Responsibilities:
Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
Develop maintenance schedules based on OEM recommendations and equipment history.
Plan and execute maintenance using SAP PM (Notifications, PM Scheduling & Work Orders).
Prepare and present monthly maintenance MIS reports.
Perform troubleshooting of mechanical static and rotary equipment.
Handle maintenance of gas piping systems, utility piping, and process skid systems.
Manage shutdown and turnaround maintenance planning.
Coordinate fabrication, piping modifications, and improvement projects.
Maintain PFDs, P&IDs;, isometric drawings, and equipment documentation.
Ensure compliance with ASME, API, TEMA, AWS, NFPA, and company EHSS standards.
Manage fire suppression systems including hydrants, sprinklers, wet risers, and fire pumps.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for AMC, fabrication, and project execution.
Handle RFQ preparation, spare parts management, CAPA, RCA, and pressure test documentation.
Support OMS 315 Asset Integrity activities, inspections, audits, and compliance reviews.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives including 5S, Kaizen, and TPM.
