Role & responsibilities

- Supervise the installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of Water Treatment Plant (WTP) mechanical equipment.

- Oversee the installation and maintenance of pumps, motors, valves, pipelines, blowers, filters, and associated mechanical systems.

- Coordinate with civil, electrical, instrumentation, and SCADA teams during project execution.

- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

- Prepare daily progress reports, maintenance records, and equipment inspection reports.

- Identify mechanical issues and implement timely corrective actions.

Requirements

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in Government Water Supply or Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) projects.

- Knowledge of mechanical installation standards and quality control procedures.

- Experience working with multidisciplinary project teams.
