Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Mechanical Engineer role based in Neemrana.

The Mechanical

Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical components and systems for air-conditioning products, applying mechanical engineering principles and machine design methodologies. Daily tasks include creating and reviewing CAD models and drawings, performing calculations and simulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in production, quality, and R&D; to support product development and improvement. The role involves participating in research and development activities,



validating designs through testing, and resolving technical issues during manufacturing and assembly.

The Mechanical

Engineer will also contribute to project planning, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure product performance, safety, and compliance with applicable standards.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering, with the ability to apply core concepts to HVAC and air-conditioning systems.
- Proficiency in Machine Design and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for developing and detailing mechanical components and assemblies.
- Experience in Research and Development (R&D;), including testing, validation, and optimization of mechanical designs.
- Project Management skills to plan tasks, coordinate with stakeholders, and deliver engineering projects within timelines and quality standards.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and quality standards; familiarity with ISO and safety regulations is an advantage.
- Ability to analyze data, solve technical problems, and communicate clearly with multidisciplinary teams.
- Prior experience in HVAC, refrigeration, or related industries is preferred but not mandatory.
