Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Mechanical Design Engineer with 1–2 years of experience in mechanical design and product development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing machines or mechanical components using SolidWorks, with a strong understanding of fabrication, manufacturing processes, and engineering analysis. Candidates with experience in robotics, automobile, industrial machinery, or related engineering industries are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities Design and develop mechanical machines, assemblies, and components using SolidWorks.

Create detailed 3D models, 2D manufacturing drawings, and assembly drawings.

Design machine parts, fabricated structures, sheet metal components, and mechanical assemblies.

Prepare engineering drawings, Bill of Materials (BOM), and design documentation.





Coordinate with fabrication and production teams to ensure smooth manufacturing and assembly.

Optimize designs for manufacturability, cost efficiency, and performance.

Perform structural and mechanical simulations using ANSYS.

Support prototype development, testing, validation, and design improvements.

Resolve design-related issues during fabrication and production.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for current product development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure designs comply with engineering standards, safety requirements, and project specifications.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

1–2 years of experience in mechanical design and product development.

Proficiency in SolidWorks (Mandatory).

Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Creo.

Experience in designing machines or individual mechanical parts/components.

Good understanding of fabrication methods and manufacturing processes.

Hands-on experience in engineering design projects.

Experience with ANSYS for simulation and design validation.

Strong knowledge of engineering drawings, material selection, and mechanical design principles.

Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
