 Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.

Job Summary:-

We are seeking a skilled Design Engineer with 2–5 years of experience in the Hose Pipe or

Oil & Gas industry. The candidate will be responsible for designing and developing hose assemblies, piping components, and engineered products while ensuring compliance with industry standards, customer specifications, and manufacturing feasibility.

Key Responsibilities:-

 Design and develop hose assemblies, piping systems, fittings, and related products as per customer requirements.

 Prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software (AutoCAD,

SolidWorks, Creo, or similar).

 Develop manufacturing drawings, Bill of Materials (BOM), and engineering documentation.

 Review customer specifications, technical datasheets, and project requirements.

 Coordinate with Sales, Production, Quality, Procurement, and Projects teams for smooth execution.

 Ensure designs comply with industry standards such as API, ASME, ASTM, ISO, DIN,

and customer specifications.

 Perform design calculations, material selection, and engineering analysis.

 Provide technical support during manufacturing, testing, installation, and commissioning.

 Assist in new product development (NPD)



and continuous product improvement initiatives.

 Resolve design-related issues and implement corrective actions.

 Participate in design reviews, customer meetings, and technical discussions.

 Maintain engineering records, revision history, and documentation.

Required Skills:-

 Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, or similar CAD software.

 Strong understanding of hose assemblies, piping systems, flanges, fittings, valves,

and oil & gas equipment.

 Knowledge of engineering drawings, GD&T;, tolerances, and manufacturing processes.

 Familiarity with material selection, pressure ratings, and design calculations.

 Good understanding of API, ASME, ISO, ASTM, and related engineering standards.

 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.

Preferred Experience:-

 2–5 years of experience in Hose Pipe Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Piping, Hydraulic

Hose, Industrial Hose, or related engineering industries.

 Experience in custom-engineered products and customer-specific design solutions will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
