About the Role We're looking for an experienced MDM skilled to manage and improve master data across customer, product, entitlement, hierarchy, subscription, contract, billing, and revenue domains — supporting Customer 360, product catalog, and quote-to-cash processes across CRM, CPQ, billing, and ERP systems. Key Responsibilities

Manage and improve master data across customer, product, entitlement, account hierarchy, catalog, subscription, contract, billing, and revenue domains

Configure and support MDM platform capabilities — data models, match/merge, survivorship, hierarchy management, validation, workflows, and data quality rules

Support integration of master data between MDM platforms and Salesforce CRM/CPQ/Revenue Cloud, billing, ERP, data lake, and reporting platforms

Support customer golden record creation, account hierarchy management, deduplication, and Customer 360 enablement

Support product taxonomy and catalog data for CPQ bundles, pricing/eligibility rules, and quote-to-cash automation

Maintain entitlement and subscription data — customer-to-product mappings, lifecycle status, renewals, amendments, and install base visibility

Perform data profiling, cleansing, reconciliation, validation, and root-cause analysis across systems

Document data definitions, business rules, source-to-target mappings, lineage, and stewardship processes

Partner with Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, Finance, Product Ops, Customer Success, IT, and Data Governance teams Requirements

7+ years in master data management, data governance, data quality, or related data/revenue/sales/product operations roles





Hands-on experience with an MDM platform (Informatica MDM, Informatica IDMC, Reltio, or comparable)

Experience in a SaaS, subscription, technology, or enterprise software environment

Working knowledge of CRM, CPQ, quote-to-cash, order-to-cash, billing, entitlement, subscription, contract, or revenue processes

Experience with customer master, product master, catalog, account hierarchy, entitlement, subscription, or revenue data

Understanding of golden record, match/merge, survivorship, reference data, hierarchy management, and stewardship workflows

Strong analytical skills to investigate data issues across processes and systems

Experience with data profiling, cleansing, standardization, deduplication, validation, and remediation

Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills Good to Have

Experience with Salesforce CRM, CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or the broader Salesforce data model

Experience integrating MDM platforms with Salesforce, CPQ, billing, ERP, or data warehouse/lakehouse environments

Experience with Informatica Customer 360/Product 360/Reference 360/Cloud Data Quality, or Reltio Connected Data Platform

Familiarity with APIs, batch/event-driven integrations, data pipelines, lineage, and metadata management

Experience with CPQ product structures, bundles, pricing, contracts, assets, subscriptions, and renewals

Familiarity with ASC 606, IFRS 15, revenue recognition, and SOX controls

Experience with SQL, Excel, BI tools, data profiling tools, or cloud data platforms

Experience supporting quote-to-cash transformation, M&A; data onboarding, or data modernization initiatives
