- Working experience on High Voltage electric vehicle systems

- Knowledgeable on high voltage battery, charging, inverter, dcdc, CAN, Diagnostics and Vehicle controls

- Working experience on battery control module features like charging algorithms, temperature handling and others

- Experienced in developing and validating high voltage battery models

- Expertise in battery modeling using Matlab/simulink/stateflow/simscape

- Experienced in Model and code based Unit testing.

- Skilled in Matlab, Simulink, Stateflow, Autosar, Targetlink/Embedded Coder, Polyspace, MIL,SIL,PIL, C, Requirements Design, Trace32, Davinci, ISO26262, M-script and Python

- Extensive knowledge in software V cycle

- Ability to identify root cause of issues by analysis and mentoring the team in complex analysis

- Should have made significant contribution to efficiency enablers projects that contributes to cost savings, productivity/process improvements and effort savings and have willingness to contribute to them

- Manage effective communication with FNA counterparts & stakeholders, understand requirements, plan and execute work and ensure timely quality delivery adding efficiency

- Robust teamwork, communication & interpersonal skills
