About the role

We're hiring Master Trainers to lead on-ground, hands-on training for a large-scale digital-platform adoption programme in the power-distribution sector, across Rajasthan. You'll be the credible face of the programme in the field — running sessions for a technical and supervisory workforce and turning training into real, verified platform adoption, not just attendance. Deliver the training — bilingual, role-specific, hands-on sessions; batches of 12–15, ~3–4/week.

Build the materials — create multilingual (English/Hindi) audio-visual and text training content.

Drive the outcome — run assessments and feedback toward a verified-adoption target.

Build the peer layer — spot and coach local champions; run gamified engagement (leaderboards, WhatsApp groups).

Leave no one behind — private remediation and oral/practical re-assessment for those who struggle.

Mentor & report — guide Field Support Trainers, hold delivery quality, report to the project team.

Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.

5+ years, ideally in training delivery and/or power-distribution / utility (DISCOM) operations.

Bilingual — fluent Hindi, working English; a confident, engaging facilitator.

Field credibility — respected by frontline and senior staff alike; at home in office, not just in a classroom.

Digital fluency — comfortable demoing smartphone apps live.
