Role and Responsibilities

As a member of Master Data Management (MDM) team, the person will be responsible for supporting SAP Customer master, Credit activities.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with business units or customers to ensure right fields are updated for master data.
2. Review data and ensure necessary approvals are available for creation and maintenance of master data.
3. Handle credit requests, documentation requirements, emailing and following up on credit approvals
4. Directing/tracking different types of requests coming from multiple departments to multiple email boxes and directing credit questions as needed
5. Should be versatile to work in night shift, work from office
6. Ensure proper decision-making on master data creation, data standardization, duplication checks, data field accuracy and completeness while meeting acceptable turnaround time. Complete large database cleanup projects to ensure data integrity.
7. Good team player with proper set of attitudes in understanding the requirements of team and stakeholders.
8. The person should always be a self-learner and maintain/enhance good customer relationship, communicate with multiple BU, multiple departments, Sales, VPFs etc.
