Carnatia is a growing home-fragrance brand selling on Amazon USA and preparing to launch in India across Amazon, quick commerce and Shopify.
We are looking for a hands-on Marketplace Business Operations Executive who can work directly with the CEO and manage day-to-day operations, follow-ups and launch execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operational tasks, trackers and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with vendors, printers, designers, production and logistics teams.
- Support packaging printing, inventory, dispatches and new product launches.
- Assist with Amazon Seller Central, listings, inventory and Seller Support cases.
- Coordinate onboarding and follow-ups with Quick Commerce and Amazon.
- Work on Shopify.
- Prepare basic sales, inventory and marketing reports.
- Attend meetings and local visits when required.
- Identify delays and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Ability to manage several tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, e-commerce or marketplace management.
- Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Basic understanding of Amazon Seller Central and digital marketing.
- Robust communication, follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a small, fast-growing company.
- Must be available to work from our Noida office.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
