Role Description The Marketing Strategist at Heloavy will develop and execute marketing strategies that position the company’s custom software and AI solutions, including VRAI, in target markets. This full-time, in office role in Davangere involves conducting market and competitive analysis, defining ideal customer profiles, and identifying growth opportunities across industries.

The Marketing

Strategist will craft go-to-market plans, collaborate with product and sales teams to refine messaging, and guide campaign planning across digital and offline channels. Daily responsibilities include preparing strategy briefs, tracking performance metrics, iterating on marketing initiatives based on data,



and supporting brand-building efforts that highlight Heloavy’s technical expertise and innovation.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Market Research and Research skills to understand customer needs, competitive landscapes, and industry trends.
- Candidates should possess Marketing and Marketing Strategy skills to design effective go-to-market plans, growth strategies, and campaign frameworks.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to articulate value propositions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and create clear strategic documentation.
- Experience in B2B or enterprise technology marketing, especially in SaaS, AI, or software development, is highly beneficial.
