Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to grow the Inovisense brand and generate qualified sales opportunities. You will develop marketing campaigns, create compelling content, manage digital advertising, and work closely with the sales team to increase customer acquisition.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns.
- Create website, blog, email, and social media content.
- Manage LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other digital advertising campaigns.
- Generate qualified leads through inbound and outbound marketing.
- Produce customer success stories, case studies, videos, and product collateral.
- Optimize website content for SEO and improve search rankings.
- Manage email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct competitor and market research.
- Support trade shows, webinars, product launches, and industry events.




- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Maintain consistent branding across all marketing channels.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or IoT.
- Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
- Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup workplace.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience marketing IoT, SaaS, industrial technology, or cloud-based products.
- Knowledge of temperature monitoring, food safety, environmental monitoring, or compliance industries.
- Experience producing video content and managing social media campaigns.
