We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing & Sales Executive to join our growing EdTech platform. In this role, you'll be responsible for generating student enrollments, managing the sales pipeline, nurturing leads, and working closely with the marketing team to improve conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert student leads into enrollments.
- Manage the complete sales pipeline from inquiry to admission.
- Follow up with parents and students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Execute sales strategies to achieve monthly targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and campaign performance.
- Track KPIs and maintain CRM records.
- Build relationships with schools, parents,
and educational partners.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or EdTech.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of lead generation, CRM, and sales funnels.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, or Email Marketing is a plus.
