Role Description

We are looking for a Marketing & Operations Associate to work directly with the founder and support day-to-day marketing, product testing, and startup operations.

What you’ll do

Marketing & Content

- Create short-form videos using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
- Create social media graphics, thumbnails, captions, and CTAs
- Schedule content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
- Support basic Meta ad campaign setup
- Track and summarize weekly marketing performance

Product & Operations
- Test FlomaticAI products as a normal user




- Follow test checklists and document issues clearly
- Verify AI-extracted data against PDFs and spreadsheets
- Organize files, datasets, trackers, and documentation
- Support basic customer onboarding and startup operations

Who we’re looking for
- BBA, BCom, MBA, BE, Marketing, Communications, Operations, or related background
- 0–3 years of relevant experience
- Fresh graduates with strong practical skills are welcome
- Strong written and spoken English
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
- Comfortable with Canva, CapCut, ChatGPT, Google Drive, and social media tools
- Able to learn new software quickly
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently

No programming experience is required. Experience with Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads, SaaS products, manual product testing, or startup environments is a plus.

Working arrangement

- Remote — Madurai, India
- Preference for candidates based in Madurai/Tamil Nadu
- Full-time: 40 hours/week
- Flexible working hours
- Initial 12-month contract with chance for extension
- Short paid practical assignment for shortlisted candidates
